William Pegg is the Director and founder of Synthesis Group Australia. He is a cultural reform specialist who works with executive leadership to overhaul how their organisation engages their most critical internal and external stakeholders.
He has 20 years of experience working in finance and corporate service teams in large multi- national organisations and government departments. A published author for CFO’s, William advises, writes, and presents on change management, integration and collaboration strategies in the private and public sectors.
For the past 5.5 years, Synthesis has been working with Chartered Accountants ANZ. This collaboration has involved Synthesis presenting at CA ANZ events in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. Articles have been contributed toward the CA ANZ publication ‘Acuity’, along with webinars being delivered as well.
This collaborative partnership is now governed by a formal learning partner agreement. The “Partner More” program is endorsed by CA ANZ as the only program of its type in the market to accelerate organisational reform within corporate services teams.
