Damian Ogden was appointed as CA ANZ group executive of advocacy, public and government affairs in July 2025, following the retirement of Simon Grant FCA. Ogden has extensive experience in advocacy and strategic leadership in professional membership bodies. He has a proven track record of driving strong policy agendas through targeted government relations strategies which deliver meaningful outcomes for members. Previously, he served as the group executive policy and public affairs at Engineers Australia. For over two decades, Ogden has dedicated his career to advocating on issues of national and global interest across complex and varied policy portfolios.
