Get answers to common questions about the CA Career Mentoring program, including intake dates, eligibility and how to apply.

In brief

  • The CA Career Mentoring program runs twice yearly and connects members with experienced CA mentors for six months.
  • Mentees gain clarity, confidence and career direction, while mentors strengthen leadership skills and deliver a valuable contribution to the profession.
  • Three tailored streams support early and mid-career members, return-to-work professionals and public practice peers.

The CA Career Mentoring program is designed to help mentees unlock their professional potential, broaden their perspective and strengthen their personal brand, while building meaningful connections across the CA community.

As a mentee, you’ll receive support and guidance from a fellow member, who can help you clarify and work towards your career goals. For mentors, partnering with a mentee is an opportunity to give back to the profession, gain fresh perspectives and hone essential leadership and communication skills.
