Acuity podcast episode two out now

The second episode of the new Acuity podcast is now available and covers French and US nationalism, blockchain and venture capital funding.

In brief

  • Adam Creighton from The Australian gives his take on Trump’s nationalism as well as the nationalist movement in France.
  • PC Magazine’s Rob Marvin discusses fintech and the future of blockchain.
  • AVCAL CEO Yasser El-Ansary details why venture capital funding may be the answer for your business.

In episode two of Acuity’s new podcast, host Mike Lynch is joined by Acuity’s Leigh Sujanto to examine European and US nationalism, the future of blockchain, and venture capital funding.

This podcast starts with a conversation with respected journalist Adam Creighton from The Australian, who recently returned to Australia after a secondment at The Wall Street Journal in Washington DC. Creighton discusses his time reporting from the US capital and how both European and US nationalism may affect Australia.

This podcast episode also considers the future of blockchain with PC Magazine’s Assistant Business Editor Rob Marvin. Nearly a decade on from the conceptualisation of the first blockchain in 2008, Marvin and the Acuity team discuss what’s next for blockchain and why you won’t be using it to buy your coffee and muffins anytime soon.
